Operate palletization equipment, troubleshoot process faults, and make required adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency. Accurately assemble bulk ingredients on pallets (50lb bags/boxes) with detailed attention to allergen control, ingredient lot control, and inventory accuracy. Perform physical pallet movements of finished goods pallets, raw materials, packaging materials, and recycled materials to their respective areas. The Warehouse/Forklift Associate will direct, operate, and attend to all palletization activities, including starting and stopping machinery, ensuring CHEP pallets and other packaging materials are available, and loaded into machines, troubleshooting, accomplishing minor machinery repairs, daily maintenance, monitoring the speed of the equipment, ensuring the quality of finished goods pallets, gathering data, accurately documenting inventory, and completing production-related reports.
